Hand deliver or email the completed form to Kira Tsoy from the Office of the Registrar (43 West 23 Street, 4^th floor) Kira.Tsoy@touro.edu . The application must be submitted by November 15, 2015 to be eligible for Graduation!!

The graduation fee is $420 and must be paid online via your TC-Web account using “Quick PAY”.
