Steven Huberman is the founding dean of the Touro College Graduate School of Social Work and a professor of social work administration. He received his Ph.D. from the Florence Heller Graduate School for Advanced Studies in social welfare at Brandeis University, and has produced over 50 key publications. His research focused on program evaluation, management, aging in America, creating learning communities of excellence and dealing with the human after-effects of the September 11, 2001 attacks. Dean Huberman has taught social work research and social welfare policy at Boston University and the American Jewish University, and served as executive director of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles.
